Managing Printing Costs

Hi

I have been at now been working at BrandPost for over 20 years (I started when I was 16), over this time I have learnt a lot about the Ink and Toner industry and I want to share some of my knowledge about printing costs with you.

I talk to customers everyday about the best printer to buy and over 90% of the time it narrows down to the same four printers.

As you probably know there is no profit in selling a printer.  Therefore I don't mind where you buy your next one, however, I do care what printer you buy.  Some are unbelievably expensive to run.  As a general rule the cheaper the printer the more expensive the cartridges, meaning the costs per page will be much higher.

At BrandPost we sell a lot of printers but we primarily sell a select range of models, ie the ones that are the cheapest to run.  Here is a quick breakdown of the key printers for each category and why our customers buy them.

Brother MFC-J480DW Inkjet Multifunction
An ideal low cost machine for people who want colour printing and the ability to print, scan & copy.  This multifunction printer is one of the cheapest to run on the market and our top selling printer.  I also have one of these on my desk and use it everyday for scanning and printing.

Brother MFC-J5330DW Inkjet Multifunction
Ideal printer for small & medium sized businesses who want a higher volume of printing and multifunction capabilities.  When you combine this printer with InkPost brand inks you won't finder a cheaper printer to run.  Cheaper to run than a colour laser printer.

I hope you found some of this information interesting and helpful.  I am always available to talk to you personally.  Feel free to give myself or my team a call if you would like more information.

Kind Regards
